Sour Cream Waffles
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup flour
2t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
3/4 t salt
6 T melted butter
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored Gradually beat in sour cream.
Sift dry ingedients and add to egg mixture. Stir in melted butter.
Bake in well seasoned waffle iron.
This also makes wonderful pancakes
