Pizza Hungarian Style

(Hungarians like to place ketchup on their pizzas.  Many pizzerias in Hungary serve pizzas with a sour cream base which is actually quite good)

Ingredients

600 grams flour

7 teaspoons oil

salt

30 grams yeast in lukewarm milk

Instructions

Mix the ingredients well with a wooden spoon.  Grease a ban and cook the dough  at medium high heat.  When the dough appears to be half done add tomato paste (in Hungary some prefer ketchup) and toppings:    ham, mushrooms, sausage …  Cover with grated cheese.
