Patron Watermelon Smash
Ingredients
- 50 ml Patron Silver tequila
- 150 ml fresh watermelon puree
- 20 ml lime juice
- 10 ml gomme (sugar syrup)
- mint leaves
Method
- Build everything in a tall glass and mix together with the flat end of a bar spoon.
- Fill with crushed ice and mix again.
- Garnish with a generous mint sprig and a triangle of watermelon with the rind on.
