Pancake Filled with Strawberries

Ingredients

2 eggs

250 milliliters milk

3 tablespoons flour

salt

two teaspoons oil

200 grams of strawberries

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

4 tablespoons whipped cream

Instructions

Mix the eggs, flour, milk, a pinch of salt and oil into a lump-free pancake batter.  Set aside for 30 minutes.  Pour the batter into a teflon pan to make medium-thick pancakes.  Sprinkle the strawberries with powdered sugar and place in the center of the pancake.  Fold both ends of the pancake over the strawberries and serve with a little whipped cream on the side.
