Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients

8 tablespoons sliced canned mushrooms

4 tablespoons butter

8 eggs

100 milliliters milk

80 grams grated cheese

salt and a dash of pepper

lettuce leaves

2 tomatoes

Instructions

Fry the mushrooms in the melted butter until slightly brown.   Add salt and pepper. Mix the eggs with salt and milk.  Pour over the eggs mixture over the mushrooms.   Heat over a low flame.  Fold the two ends over the center and serve garnished with grated cheese, lettuce leaves and tomatoes.
