Ham Omelette

Ingredients

8 eggs

8 slices of ham, chopped

60 grams of grated cheese

3 tablespoons of butter

salt

a tomato

8 slices of cucumber

4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

Whisk the eggs, add salt.  Melt butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture.  As it warms, add the chopped slices of ham to the center.  Fold the two end of the omelette over the center.  Top with grated cheese and serve garnished with lettuce, cucumber slices and tomato.
