Elderberry Drink for Summer
Ingredients
2 kilograms sugar
6 liters of water
10-12 large elderberry flowers
15 grams tartaric acid
50 ml lemon substitute (liquidized)
half teaspoon salicylic acid
Instructions
Mix the sugar and water and bring to a boil. Take off the flame and cool. When cool, add tartaric acid and lemon substitute. Then add the elderberry flowers. Store in a cool place for 3 to 4 days. Strain. Add salicylic acid. Pour into glasses.
