El Diablo

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Sauza Reposado tequila
  • 12 ml Bols Cassis liqueur
  • a squeeze of a fresh lime wedge
  • top with ginger ale

Method

  • Pour all the ingredients over cubed ice in a tall glass – starting with a lime wedge and finishing with Bols Cassis liqueur.
  • Lightly stir, top up with fresh cubed ice if needed and garnish with a couple of blackberries.
