Cornbread Puffs
l cup cornmeal
1 Cup milk
2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
Pour milk and cornmeal into sauce pan. Stirring constantly slowly heat
until thickened. Add salt to taste. Cool to room temperature. Fold
in egg whites.
Drop by spoonfuls on a well buttered cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree
oven 10 to 15 min until browned. Serve warm.
