Sausage and Potato Casserole

one pound flavorful breakfast sausage cooked
approx one pound Russet or Yukon Potatoes peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
whole Milk to cover

Place sausage in casserole. Place sliced potatoes on top. Cover with milk (about 2 cups or more as needed to cover.) Cover casserole and place in 350 degree oven. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour or until potatoes are thoroughly cooked.

You can use smoked pork chops or ham steak instead of sausage.
